Jon is the president of TeleDevelopment Services, Inc. He was the 1997 National President of the American Teleservices Association (ATA) and is currently the Chairperson for the ATA International Committee. He is also the 1999 recipient of Call Center Magazine Industry Pioneer of the Year.
Jon is also the author of numerous industry articles and a frequent speaker at national and international contact center conferences.
Starting his call center career in 1979, Jon spent his first eight years managing the start-up of in-house call center operations for the BF Goodrich Company and General Motors.
He spent six years in the service agency arena, working as vice-president of a large service agency and then as founder and president of his own service agency.
Jon and TeleDevelopment are recipients of a number of industry awards, including two Telo Awards (ATA) and one ACCE Award (Customer Interface Magazine).
Jon holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (BBA) from Kent State University (KSU); he majored in Marketing and minored in Communications.
Jim is responsible for the development of global new business for TeleDevelopment. Jim began his career in the call center industry over 25 years ago working for Summit Marketing, a call center service agency located in Hudson, Ohio. After Summit, Jim joined ITI Marketing Services in Omaha, NE as their Director of New Business Development. Jim helped transform ITI to become the largest outbound call center in the United States and the 7th largest inbound provider with over 20 call centers located across the U.S. After ITI, Jim joined Ron Weber and Associates (RWA) as their Vice President of Sales. Jim’s responsibilities included overseeing all of RWA’s sales team, trade shows and marketing activities. While at RWA, Jim helped grow the company from 14 million to over 42 million in sales in a 4 year period. His call center sales and management experience includes developing successful call center sales and customer care programs for companies such as: Ameritech, Bell Atlantic, The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, Energy Plus, Experian, Southern Living Magazine, Sprint, and Verizon to name just a few. Jim is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is a long-standing member of P.A.C.E. (The Professional Association of Customer Engagement) and SOCAP (The Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals).
Colleen is a Senior Placement Consultant with over twenty five years recruiting and HR background. She began working with TeleDevelopment since 2004. She has successfully placed GM’s, Country Managers, and Sales Executives with Fortune 500 companies including: IBM, ADP, NCO and OfficeMax and Humana. Her background includes 10 years with Kelly Services working as an Account Manager/Branch Manager. Seven years with a start up contract staffing/executive search company focusing on IT and Contact Center management positions with Fortune 500 companies. Colleen prides herself as a good listener that focuses on placements that are solid, resulting in lasting employment relationships.
Colleen graduated Cum Laude with a Marketing degree from Kent State University.
Mamie is a Senior Placement Consultant with over 14 years of Executive Recruiting experience. She came to TeleDevelopment in 2009 after 12 years of recruiting for the Telecom & Pharmaceutical industry. She has successfully placed International Sales and Operations Executives with companies such as ATT, Sprint, Qwest, HGS, and Teleperformance. Mamie is a specialist in recruiting and placing executives for her clients internationally, especially Asia and South America.
Her background also includes 18 years in Sales Management for Sprint and Qwest, where she effectively managed independent agents and distributors. Her career in Telecom was highlighted by receiving several national awards and commendations.
Mamie received her BA degree in Speech Communications from Frostburg State University.
