TDS & TESDA PGMA Program Partnership
The TDS Program enhances:
- The English communication skills of non-native English speakers and,
- Introduces the necessary skills to successfully apply for a career in the call center industry.
It also provides exercises to improve key competencies in English, namely:
Organization and Structure, Expression, Pronunciation, Grammar & Vocabulary,
Listening Comprehension, Confidence & Assertiveness. The classroom
deals with skills such as telephone techniques, vocal quality,
listening skills, telephone etiquette and more.
The blended learning model provides a framework to effectively combine
instructor led activities, group interactions and diagnostic online
assessments. This goal is realized through the following elements:
-
Instructor-led learning events where all learners actively
participate in the discussions, oral recitations, group discussions. Live
events that are characteristic of a "virtual classroom."
-
Self-paced learning experiences provided through three online
programs that are part of the neuroLanguage Suite: DORA, a Diagnostic
Online Language Assessment, neuroLanguage Accelerator and neuroLanguage
Practice.
-
Help desk and message boards allow learners to collaborate and communicate with each other.
-
Learning assessments to measure learning transfer. Other than live
and self-paced assessments, learners are required to take the Pre and Post
tests.
