  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization’s compensation and benefits program including base pay, incentive pay, health and welfare benefits, and retirement benefits.
  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization’s compensation and benefits program including base pay, incentive pay, health and welfare benefits, and retirement benefits.
  • Provide recommendations and guidance to management and HR Business Partners regarding market trends, total rewards philosophy, compensation and benefits program and processes.
  • Participate in the Job Evaluation process ensuring internal position classifications accurately reflect job content and are consistent across and competitive against market.
  • Works with Senior Management to ensure support the organization’s business objectives and meet all legal requirements.
  • Develops compensation and benefits budget for assigned areas and manages budget after it is approved .
  • Responsible for the entire organization or for one or more major segments of a larger organizations.
  • Creates functional strategies and specific objectives and develops policies, procedures to support functional infrastructure.

Job Requirements

  • A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance or Accounting
  • 7 – 10 years experience in global compensation, benefits and HRIS environment
  • Experience in executive compensation required
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to collaboratively work across global regions and cultures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits, compensation regulations, laws, policies and practices
  • Posses a clear understanding of the impact of compensation related matters in relation to organization theory
