- Monitoring CI’s Team performance on daily basis
- Submit daily team performance report to Client and company’s management team.
- Ensuring the daily performance meets the clients’ expectations.
- Supervise team for target achievements, including determining strategies.
- Analyze Team Performance against the monthly set target, and coordinate with Team Leader in determining the individual development plan, follow to obtain approval from Project Manager.
- Develop team in regards to skill improvement, motivation, teamwork, with the goal of agent retention as well as productivity improvement, etc.
- Arrange regular meeting with Team to review CI’s Team performance
- Communicate to Project Manager for any issues or improvement initiative.
- Strive to reach the target and do the best for company.
