  1. Monitoring CI’s Team performance on daily basis
  2. Submit daily team performance report to Client and company’s management team.
  3. Ensuring the daily performance meets the clients’ expectations.
  4. Supervise team for target achievements, including determining strategies.
  5. Analyze Team Performance against the monthly set target, and coordinate with Team Leader in determining the individual development plan, follow to obtain approval from Project Manager.
  6. Develop team in regards to skill improvement, motivation, teamwork, with the goal of agent retention as well as productivity improvement, etc.
  7. Arrange regular meeting with Team to review CI’s Team performance
  8. Communicate to Project Manager for any issues or improvement initiative.
  9. Strive to reach the target and do the best for company.
