Job Description
·         Protect the security of medical records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained, in                               observance of the HIPAA Compliance Policy
·         Handles a high volume of continuous telephone calls and gathers needed information in a                       timely manner. Method of transmission can either be inbound or outbound.
·         Performs multiple tasks simultaneously
·         Perform both individually and as a team to meet daily production expectations
·         Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding customer issues
·         Display excellent verbal and written English language skills, particularly strong business                        writing skills
·         Display ability to use the computer with windows, including MS office applications, electronic               mail, internet
.         Willing to work in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
