Human Resource executives support assigned region and/or business units and functional leaders to strategically address all their Human Resource needs.  They develop and implement human Resource policies, practices and programs in support of key business goals and strategies.  They proactively identify human resource initiatives that will substantially enhance bottom-line results and improve employee related gross margins.  Over time, they establish themselves as an indispensable member of the operational and senior leadership team.


  • Must have multi-site management experience
  • Must have handled minimum of 5,000 FTE’s
  • Strong understanding of the company’s business, core values, and goals
  • Strong knowledge in multiple HR disciplines (total rewards, recruiting, employee relationship, legal and labor policy, etc.)
  • Proven ability to build relationships of trust with senior-level leaders, and chain of command
  • Working knowledge of HR systems, compensation strategies, technology, and statistical techniques
  • Ability to influence leaders and team members of differing viewpoints to create positive outcomes
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex on-going projects in multiple countries
  • Knowledge of business technologies and metrics
  • Previous experience supporting 10,000+ employees
