Job Description:

  • Execute analytics efforts in areas specific to the business function and industry of focus (Design of distribution network, Forecasting, Aggregate planning, Supply/capacity management and Inventory management)
  • Identify and recommend process improvements based on results of analytics work
  • Utilize tools (e.g., cross tabulation, conjoint analysis, cluster analysis, multi-dimensional scaling, factor analysis, multiple discriminant analysis, regression and correlation) and algorithms for data mining (e.g., association rules, artificial neural network, decision tress, time series) to develop business data insights
  • Design quantitative and qualitative research approaches/programs and design surveys (sampling, questionnaire preparation, scales, reliability and validity of questionnaire)
  • Conduct study of central tendency, dispersion, skewness and kurtosis of nominal & ordinal (non-metric), interval & ratio (metric) data
  • Responsible for statistical inference of data through estimation techniques and hypothesis testing
  • Gather business intelligence for decision making
  • Manage project scheduling including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Critical Path Analysis, PERT, management of PMBOK knowledge areas like cash flow estimation, resource loading and leveling, Schedule crashing, risks identification, assessment & control
  • Support project monitoring and control through Earned Value Analysis


  • Graduate of any 4 year course preferably Statistics/Math/Engineering
  • Must have:
    • 5-6 related work experience (reporting, analytics)
    • Supervisory experience (min of 1 year)
    • Experience is using the following tools – R or Python
    • Statistic
  • Good to have:
    • SAS, Tablue, Power BI, MS Excel
    • Experience in handling HR-related data
