- reporting directly to Services BPO Director
- with at least solid 5 years work experience with each company
- working / hands on experience in BPO infrastructure and telephony, etc.
- should be familiar with project management, ex. manage to install on-premise system, to integrate between phone system and database etc.
- can investigate and identify the best solution based on client requirement
- good network and communication skills with vendors and TCAP
- effective people and leadership/management skills
- can confidently handle the team and work especially deliverables with less supervision
- can harmoniously work with Leadership, co Managers, Team, Clients and Vendors
- fluent in Filipino and English / Japanese speaking may be an advantage
- strong but friendly personality
- positive / optimistic outlook in life
- matured, professional, diplomatic, hardworking
