Job Description

  • Handle hotel reservations, tours, airline tickets, and travel packages
  • Ensure bookings and inquiries are attended on time
  • Change details of reservation as needed
  • Perform credit card and payment verifications on all bookings received
  • Report suspicious or fraudulent bookings/ transactions
  • Other tasks that may be required from time to time to ensure completion of the bookings
  • Work on weekends, holidays, and graveyard shift

 

Requirements

  • Capable of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to learn, to be trained, to work in a team
  • Can start immediately
