Job Description:

 

Direct the design and execution of integrated marketing programs to position The company as an Employer of Choice and attract top talent for The company, working closely with HR-Talent Acquisition to understand The company’s Human Resource/ talent requirements and sourcing strategies. Drive lead generation marketing campaigns aimed to help meet these talent demands, using traditional and non-traditional communication/media channels and events. Lead the marketing team (including external agencies and contractors) to execute targeted programs and campaigns. Provide strategic counsel to entity leadership. Track program execution including metrics and measurement

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to develop local recruitment marketing strategy and design recruitment marketing programs in line with the recruitment goals of the business
  • Develop marketing strategy and execute programs aligned to the strategy. Programs can include advertising and media planning, recruitment marketing, events & sponsorships, collateral/credentials development, direct marketing, writing, web content management, database management, digital marketing, lead generation, merchandise/brand and award/company recognition, among others
  • Drive The company’s employer positioning and awareness as an employer of choice, engagement with target candidates and their influencers, and CV submissions to help the recruitment team achieve their business objectives.
  • Oversee program execution to ensure successful completion in terms of quality, effectiveness, time and budget. This includes tracking and reporting results metrics and success measurement
  • Leverage relevant regional marketing and communications programs, tailoring as necessary to local market conditions
  • Provide strategic counsel to leadership teams and key stakeholders, and advise them on communications strategy and messaging to internal and external audiences
  • Support the strategic priorities of The company, as guided locally by the country and globally by The company leadership
  • Manage marketing budget for area of responsibility
  • Identify and manage marketing services resources and third party service providers e.g., agencies, designers, writers
  • Bring new insights through Market Research with internal/external research agencies, and gathering and sharing trends and best practices in the market place

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably from a Tier 1 university, with a degree in any of the following: Communications (MasCom/ OrgCom), Marketing, Business Management, Humanities, , English/ Creative Writing
  • Graduate degree/ Training/ Certification in:
    • Marketing
    • Digital and Social Media
    • Employer Branding
    • Business and Data Storytelling
    • Project Management

 

Skills and Work experience:

  • At least 3 years managerial experience
  • Preferably with experience working with the Academe
  • Has experience planning and implementing multi-channel marketing programs from end to end
  • Has experience working in an international environment, preferably from a global brand or the IT-BPO industry
  • Good to have skills

  • Recruitment Marketing experience in a BPO or BPS company
  • Can work independently

    • Online Training website for Niche skills – Analytics (in exchange of CVs)
  • Develop campaigns to attract the market EH & EL
  • Will lead 3 folks
