  • reporting directly to Services BPO Director
  • with at least solid 5 years work experience with each company
  • working / hands on experience in BPO operations (voice inbound, voice outbound, non voice) as a Manager
  • should have experience in client relationship to negotiate pricing and contract, make a presentation of proposal and business review, etc.
  • good to compute required HC and to simulate shift schedule in operations
  • effective people and leadership/management skills
  • can confidently handle the team and work especially deliverables with less supervision
  • can harmoniously work with Leadership, co Managers, Team and Clients
  • fluent in Filipino and English / Japanese speaking may be an advantage
  • strong but friendly personality
  • positive / optimistic outlook in life
  • matured, professional, diplomatic, hardworking
