Job Description:
• The primary function of this position is to provide overall leadership for Quality and Operational Excellence within the site
• The key responsibilities include driving the Strategic Quality Plan at the operational level,
defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success in the deployment of the Operation Excellence practices
• This resource will generally be responsible for delivering client value through analytics with the use of statistical techniques
• Other responsibilities include development of short and long range strategic business plans for the site to align resources to meet future customer needs and drive superior operating results
• Interact with client/ internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives Lead a global projects in Operational Excellence (OE)
• People manager for a team with Strong ability to build rapport comfortably
• Drives the OE program for a client/ clients in a site/ across sites
• Acts as a mentor to Six Sigma and Lean projects for his influence
• Expert on managing and prepping for internal and external audits e.g. URAC

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field related to Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics and Information Systems
• Required: Six Sigma certification – Green Belt
• Min of 8-10 years’ overall experience
• With 2-3+ years’ mandatory experience in a leadership role in Operational Excellence/Process Improvement work
• With 6+ years’ mandatory experience in Operational Excellence/Process Improvement work
• 4+ years’ worth of Analytics/Data Science experience with a background in BPO
• 4+ years’ Operations Management experience with process improvement projects/experience will be considered
• Preferably from Healthcare or Insurance CPO/BPO, Shared Services, or Consulting Industry
• Broad financial knowledge for budgeting, profit plan obtainment etc.
• Strong Knowledge of lean concepts and process, quality and analytical tools
• Strong communication with strong public speaking ability and presentation skills
• Excellent Client Management, Project Management and Presentation Skills with Executive Presence

• Skill in any of the statistical software such as R, S-plus, SAS, STATA, python programming, Minitab etc.
• Strong ability to influence
• Having had a stint in running large operations is preferred

• Strong competency in both Filipino & American business & social cultures
• Expert in speech & language training modules & programs
• Expert in motivational interviewing, lifestyle/wellness coaching
• Expert in Microsoft Office applications with excellent computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Operates with minimal supervision
• Understands proper chain of command
• Ability to perform efficiently in a stressful and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle conflicts and accept constructive feedback
• Open to travel domestic and international per business requirement
• Open to work Philippine Night Shifts
